The location is perfect for the Mall of America. The walls are thin; you can hear everything in the hallways.

Super convenient being right near the mall! The place was clean, and most of the staff were really nice, especially the breakfast team. Food at FireLake was on point too! Just a bummer there was no microwave in the room, and the lady at check-in wasn’t very friendly or helpful.
